Escarpment Laboratories Brett B yeast

The classic Brettanomyces bruxellensis strain isolated from a classic abbey beer.  Brett B can be used to add depth of character to a wide range of beers.  Expect flavours of berries and red apples to shine through.  Of course, this is a brett, so expect some funk to appear as well.
