FermZilla Hop Bong Complete Kit

The FermZilla Hop Bong kit contains all you need to dry hop oxygen free, ferment under pressure and serve / transfer your beer.

1. For those who don't know, oxygen is the enemy of beer; any style of beer.  The New England IPA is the worst of all the styles for being sensitive to oxygen.  An oxidized NEIPA will have a brownish colour and the hop flavours will be greatly diminished.  Using this contraption will eliminate the transfer of oxygen to the beer during dry hopping.  You add your hops to the hop bong and  purge it with CO2.
2. This kit comes with the pressure lid for you FermZilla.  What this means is that you can ferment under pressure.  Fermenting under pressure has just gone easier with this kit.  You can create lager like ales when you ferment under pressure.
3. An added bonus to fermenting under pressure is that when fermentation is over, your beer is already carbonated.  You can use the FermZilla as a keg and serve your beer directly.  You can use this system to do a close transfer to your keg.  This kit can also be used to bottle your beer directly from the fermenter.

Other options

Don't want to ferment under pressure?  You can't put an air lock on this system.  We recommend purchasing a 4 foot long EVABarrier tubing which can be attached to the gas side of the fermenter and the other end be placed in a jar of water.
