Galena Hops - 28g

Galena is a super alpha hop widely used as a bittering hop. Although this is hop is also excellent as an aroma hop in late additions during the boil. Adding this hop late in the boil will bring forth stronger aromas of blackcurrant. Galena has a fruity flavour profile with a clean kick of citrus notes.
