Kieselsol (15g packet)

Kieselsol is a flexible fining agent for wine and juice, made from silica (sand). It has a negative charge which attracts positive proteins in the wine, effectively removing phenolics and peptides. It's a uniformly dispersed liquid, no mixing needed and should be stored at room temperature.
