Description
Potassium Metabisulfite is a white powder with a sulphurous odour. It's used in winemaking as an antioxidant, sterilizer, and preservative. Serving as a preservative, it keeps food's colour and fights bacteria.
To make 23 litres of wine, add 1/4 tsp to 1/2 cup of water and potassium sorbate.
