Sorachi Ace Hops

Sorachi Ace was originally developed by Sapporo in Japan. If you ever had a Sapporo, then you now what this hop will taste like. This hop is mainly used for bittering. Some brewers use it for flavouring. With its intense lemon flavour and aroma, light dill and coriander this hop will add great flavours to saisons, IPAs and wheat beers. Use it in your next summer brew.
