CaraAmber Malt - Weyermann

CaraAmber is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row German barley that can be used to improve flavour stability, fullness and enhance colour. Full red colour is achieved as well as better mash efficiency when using CaraAmber, while flavours of toffee, caramel and bread are imparted.
