Gainsbourg was a restaurant-bistro and microbrewery.  Gainsbourg has now become Chelsea & Co. located in Chelsea Québec. This kit is from the original Orange Tie-Wrap recipe from Gainsbourg.  The recipe has evolved since.  This original recipe uses a French Saison yeast which make this beer dryer than the more recent version.  Beer Grains is a big fan of the original.  We find that the new version is missing some character.  Brew this kit and compare for yourself.  You will find both version to be excellent beers.
