Caramel Hell intensifies the typical caramel malt aroma of the beer and leads to a full-bodiedness reminiscent of honey and cream caramel. The beer colour shifts toward golden yellow to amber, depending on the proportion in the grain bill. Foam and flavour stability are also increased. The gentle caramelization process is the basis for this outstanding specialty malt.
