The SafCider AB-1 is the perfect choice for a balance cider. This yeast ensures a very good assimilation of fructose and is excellent for low gravity ciders. Delicate aromatic profile combining fresh apples and elaborated fruit like applesauce notes with a balanced mouthfeel respecting a cider structure.
