Description
Great Western Melanoidin Malt is a flavourful light brown biscuit aromatic malt that contributes complexity and mouthfeel. Melanoidin Malt contains a large amount of dextrins and is non-crystallized. It gives the beer a powerful taste and a slightly reddish colour. The full-bodied nature and aroma of the beer is greatly enhanced. Terrific for many types of beer including Wheat beer, Red ales, Light and dark beers, and Bockbier.
